Who is Darryl Tate?

Hello, I was born and raised around the different neighborhoods of Cleveland, Ohio.

Being the oldest of 9 children I was always ambitious to go out and do things for myself. I got my first job at the age of 14, put myself through driving school at 15, and bought my own first car at the age of 16.
Growing up I was taught the traditional plan of: Go to school, get good grades, get that trusty college degree, find A good, secure job, work for 30 to 50 years, retire, and live off that pension; although I never seen it work for anyone, I plugged in the only way I was taught. I never had that one thing I wanted to do or be when I got older, i just wanted to be the best at whatever i did. I Started managing restaurants at the age of 17, by the age of 19 I received my Home Health Aide Certification, by the age of 21 I was A Medical Assistant, Phlebotomist, and State Tested Nursing Assistant, I also owned several rental units, all of this while still in college. I received my Associates in Business, another in Applied Science, and was working on my 3rd degree in Accounting before I reached my aggregate limit with Financial Aide, that ended my 10 year college education run with over $100k in student loan debt.

I worked in Nursing Homes for another 3 years and by the age of 24 I became self employed. I contracted as A STNA and Phlebotomist. I took on stable home care work but as I started to get older, I realized that $11 - $15 per hour wasn't enough to sustain a family of 5. I decided to open my own Home Care Agency (TQC Tate's Quality Care llc) Along with the home care agency came taxes, hire, fire, insurance, paper work, and overhead; I also had to work it like if not harder than a typical 9-5 job. I started to get frustrated and overwhelmed because it seemed as though I was working really hard, but my hard work was just not paying off, by this time I was introduced to the concept of making a living, living and fell in love with the idea of creating time freedom by creating A lifestyle and building a residual income while helping others do the same. I am no longer overwhelmed, frustrated, or worried about the future of my wife and my 3 girls because now I am building an income that can be passed down 3 generations and creating the time freedom that will allow my wife and I to spend as much time together and with our family without having to worry about keeping "Good, Secure, Jobs."
My passion stems from my experiences and failure, now I enjoy pouring into others how they can avoid some of the mistakes I've made and obstacles I had to overcome along my journey. I look forward to working with you and learning how we can add value to each other's lives.

Thanks for taking the time.
